Jobs European is a simple job portal made especially for people from non-EU countries who want to work in Italy and, in the future, in other European countries.
You can register and use the portal for free. The website is in clear, easy English so you can understand every step, even if English is not your first language.
As a candidate, you do not upload a CV. Instead, you create one or more job application ads. Each ad explains who you are, what experience you have, and what job you want. This makes it easier for companies to search and contact you.
Registration is fast and free. You can start in a few minutes:
- Go to the registration page and fill in your Name and Surname.
- Write your Place of residence (city and country).
- Enter your Email address.
- Choose the option Candidate.
- Create a secure Password and confirm.
After these steps, you can immediately enter your account and create your first job application ad.
Important: your email and personal data are used only inside the portal to manage your account and to send you messages. They are not visible in the public part of your applications.
On Jobs European, your job application ad is the way you present yourself to employers.
Title of the ad
The title should be your profession or the job you want. Examples:
- Waiter with hotel experience in Rome
- Care worker looking for job in Milan
- Warehouse worker – ready to move to Italy
Body of the ad
In the main text, write in simple English:
- Your work experience and main tasks.
- Your skills (for example: customer service, cleaning, forklift, computer skills).
- Languages you speak and your level.
- The type of job and place you are looking for.
- If you are ready to move to another city or country.
Very important safety rule
Do not write your personal contact details (email, phone, address, social media) in the public text of your ad. Employers will contact you through the portal first, in a safe way.
In your personal account area, you can see all your job application ads in one place.
You can:
- Edit an application if your experience or situation changes.
- Update your skills or languages when you learn something new.
- Pause or delete an application if you do not want it to be public anymore.
- Check which job offers you have applied to.
This helps you keep your information current and clear, so employers see your latest profile.
From the Job Listings page, you can search for job offers that match your profile.
You can:
- Browse all offers or filter by country, city, sector or type of contract (when available).
- Open each job offer to read all details before you decide to apply.
- Apply using your existing application ad, without sending a CV.
Tips to apply in a good way
- Choose or create an application ad with a clear, professional title.
- Write a short, polite message to the employer inside the portal (who you are, why you are interested).
- Give honest information about your skills, experience and availability.
- Do not share your personal phone, email or social media in the public space of the site.
At the beginning, Jobs European will focus more on job offers in Italy, and later more countries in Europe will be added.
Some candidate profiles can be shown in a special way as highlighted profiles.
Highlighted profiles may appear:
- At the top of candidate lists.
- In a dedicated area of the website where employers can easily see them.
This can give you more visibility, but it does not change how employers choose people. Employers still decide based on skills, experience and the needs of the job.
In the future, there may be simple rules or a small fee to use the highlight function. For now, if the option is active, it will be clearly explained and can be free for early users.
Your privacy is very important on Jobs European.
- Your email and other personal data are stored safely and are not shown in the public part of the website.
- Job application ads do not display your direct contact details.
- At the beginning, communication between you and employers goes through the portal. The admin can view and control these first messages to reduce spam and unsafe offers.
- Only later, when both sides agree, you can exchange email or other contacts directly.
- Do not write your phone number, full address or social media in your public ad text.
For more details, you can also read the full Privacy Policy of Jobs European.
Who can see my job application ad?
Your public ad can be seen by employers and by visitors of the website, but it does not show your email or other private data.
Do employers see my email address?
No. Employers first contact you through the Jobs European portal. Your email is hidden and used only inside the system.
How does the first contact work?
When an employer is interested, they send you a message through the portal. At the beginning, the admin can check these messages to keep the communication safe. Later, if you both agree, you can exchange direct contacts.
Can I change or delete my application?
Yes. You can edit, pause or delete your application at any time from your account area.
Is Jobs European really free for candidates?
Yes, the basic use of the portal is free for candidates. If in the future there are extra paid options (for example, highlighted profiles), this will be clearly explained before you choose them.
If you want to see all steps in one page, you can also read the How It Works section, and you can start looking for offers on the Job Listings page.
