Skip menu

Jobs European is a simple job portal where you can publish job offers for free and reach candidates from non-EU countries and from all over the world who want to work in Italy and, in the future, in other European countries.

As an employer, company, agency or organisation, you can register in a few minutes, post your offers, and receive applications directly on the platform. Your email and personal data are protected and are not shown in the public offer.

This page explains how employer registration works, how to create a clear job offer, how to manage your offers and applications, and how to use highlighted offers and advertising spaces.

To publish your first job offer, you need to create a free account.

  1. Go to the registration page and fill in your basic details: Name, Surname, Place of residence and Email address.
  2. Choose the profile type Employer.
  3. Create your password and confirm your registration.

After registration you can log in and go directly to the area to publish a new job offer. Your email and personal data are used only inside the platform for communication with candidates and are not shown in the public job listing.

When you create a new job offer, please write a clear and complete text so that candidates can understand if the job is right for them.

Title of the offer: write the role you are looking for (for example: "Waiter for hotel in Rome", "Mechanical engineer in Milan").

Body of the offer: describe in simple English:

  • main responsibilities and daily tasks
  • required experience, skills and education
  • job location (city and country)
  • contract type (for example: full-time, part-time, seasonal, fixed-term)
  • working hours and shifts, if important
  • language requirements (for example: Italian, English, other languages)
  • any special rules about work permits or visas

You can add the company name and logo if you want, but please do not include direct contact details (email, phone, website links) inside the text of the offer. Communication with candidates should start through the platform messages.

From your employer dashboard you can see all your active and past job offers.

  • Edit an offer to correct text, add details or update requirements.
  • Pause or temporarily hide an offer if you have received enough applications.
  • Close an offer when the position is filled or no longer available.

Keeping your offers updated helps candidates and keeps the portal clean and useful for everyone.

Candidates apply to your job offers directly through Jobs European. You receive applications in your platform inbox, where you can read the candidate’s information and the message connected to your offer.

At the beginning, communication between candidates and employers is visible to the site administrator to make sure that messages respect the rules and that nobody shares dangerous or abusive content. After this first phase, and when both sides agree, you can exchange direct emails and continue communication outside the portal.

Please always keep your communication respectful and professional. Do not ask for money from candidates and do not promise visas or permits that you cannot really provide.

All employers can publish standard job offers for free. In addition, Jobs European offers the possibility to highlight some offers and to buy advertising spaces on the portal.

  • Highlighted job offers: your offer appears in a special area and is more visible in the Job Listings page.
  • Advertising spaces: you can promote your company brand, recruitment campaigns, training courses or other services related to work and integration.

If you are interested in highlighted offers or advertising, please contact the site administrator using the contact details on the portal. Together we can find a solution that fits your needs and budget.

Jobs European is designed to protect both employers and candidates.

  • Your email and personal data are stored securely and are not shown in public job offers.
  • You must respect basic rules: no discrimination, no hate speech, no false promises and no requests for money or unofficial fees.
  • Job offers must describe real opportunities and must respect the labour laws of the country where the job is offered.

For full details, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By using Jobs European you accept these rules.

Is Jobs European free for employers?
Yes. At the beginning, registration and standard job offers are free for employers. In the future there may be paid options for extra visibility, but basic use of the portal will remain as accessible as possible.

Do I need to show my email or phone in the job offer?
No. Your email and other personal data are hidden in the public offer. Candidates contact you through the platform first. Later, if you both agree, you can exchange direct emails.

Can I use Jobs European if I am outside Italy?
Yes. The portal is open to employers from different countries, especially in Europe. For now the focus is on jobs in Italy, but we plan to add more European countries step by step.

Where can I see my published offers?
After you log in, you can open your employer dashboard to see all your active, paused and closed offers. On the public site, your offers appear in the Job Listings page.

Where can I learn more about how the portal works?
You can read a general explanation on the page How It Works, where we describe the steps for both candidates and employers.
